Refund Policy
At Miyure Beauty, we want you to love your skincare journey. Our policy is designed to be fair to our customers while maintaining the strict hygiene and safety standards required for premium skincare products.
1. Returns & Exchanges
Unopened Skincare: You may return new, unopened moisturizers, serums, or creams in their original packaging (including any outer shrink-wrap or hygiene seals) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Hygiene & Safety: For the safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on skincare products that have been opened, pumped, or used, unless the product is proven to be defective.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged (e.g., a broken glass dropper or a leaked bottle) or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at miyurebeauty@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Under the Alberta Consumer Protection Act, we will provide a full refund, repair, or replacement for any product that is confirmed to be defective or not as described.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect in your email.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned skincare item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., shipping the wrong serum).
4. Final Sale Items
The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned:
- Sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards.
- Skincare products with broken hygiene seals or signs of use.
