2. Product Information & Use

• Skincare Safety: Our products (moisturizers, serums, and anti-aging creams) are for external use only. We recommend a patch test before full application. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

• Health Canada Compliance: We ensure our private-label products meet Canadian cosmetic labeling and safety standards.

• Representations: We strive for accuracy in our product descriptions and imagery. However, individual skin results may vary.
   

3. Orders and Payment

• Contract Formation: Under the Alberta Internet Sales Contract Regulation, a contract is formed once you click "Place Order." You will be given the opportunity to review and correct your order before final submission.

• Pricing: All prices are listed in USD (unless otherwise selected). We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

• Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards.
   

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery Arrangements: Please refer to our Shipping Policy for estimated delivery dates and costs.

• The 30-Day Rule: If we do not deliver your product within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund under Alberta law.
   

5. Returns and Refunds

Our refund policy is integrated into these terms. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for details on hygiene-restricted items (opened skincare) and the 14-day return window for unopened products.
 

6. Limitation of Liability

Miyure Beauty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability to you for any product purchased shall be the purchase price of that product.

All content on this website, including the name Miyure Beauty, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Miyure Beauty and is protected by Canadian copyright and trademark laws.
 

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Edmonton, Alberta.
