Shipping Policy

At Miyure Beauty, we believe premium skincare should arrive fresh and fast. By partnering with North American specialists, we ensure our products are handled with care and delivered to your doorstep as efficiently as possible.

1. Order Processing Time
Custom Fulfillment: Each order is custom-picked and quality-checked. Please allow 9-15 business days for processing and packaging before your order is dispatched.
Notifications: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our partner facility.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
We ship our premium skincare line across Canada, the United States, and select international destinations.
 
Canada (Standard) - Tracked Courier - 3–8 Business Days - $30
United States (Standard) - Tracked Courier - 5-10 Business Days - $30
International (Standard) - Tracked Courier - 10-20 Business Days - $50
 
Note: Delivery times are calculated from the day the order is shipped. While most orders arrive within a week, please allow up to 15 business days during peak seasons or for deliveries to remote northern regions.
 
International Shipping: Delivery times for international orders vary by location. Please note that these are estimates and can be affected by local customs processing times.

Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders of $150 or more for our customers in Canada and the United States.
 
3. Local Edmonton Customers
Miyure Beauty is proudly based in Edmonton, Alberta. While our boutique is local, our inventory is housed with our North American fulfillment specialist to ensure streamlined logistics. Edmonton residents typically see deliveries arrive at the earlier end of our shipping estimates.
 
4. Tracking Your Journey
Every Miyure Beauty order includes a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for the tracking link to activate and show the package's progress.
 
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Because your order is shipped from our international partner facility, it may be subject to import duties and taxes.

  • Canada: As orders are shipped from the United States, Canadian customers (including those in Edmonton) may be responsible for GST/HST and any applicable administrative fees charged by the courier upon entry into Canada.

  • USA: Most orders under $800 USD ship within the United States duty-free.

  • International: Orders outside of North America may be subject to VAT, import duties, and local fees.

Please Note: Miyure Beauty is not responsible for these charges. They are the sole responsibility of the customer and are usually collected by the courier at the time of delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific details before placing a large international order.
 
6. Address Accuracy & Redirects
Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been handed over to the courier. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
 
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
Damages: If your serum or moisturizer arrives damaged (e.g., a broken seal or bottle), please email miyurebeauty@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement immediately.
 
Lost Packages: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact us within 3 days so we can assist you in opening an investigation with the courier.
